Spring Term message from Mrs Kelly:

Welcome !

We are excited to welcome Year 3 into the spring term, which promises to be full of new learning and memorable experiences. This term, the children have lots to look forward to, including our Forest School sessions where they will explore nature, build teamwork skills, and learn outdoors, as well as a special visit to the beach to support our learning. In science, we will be investigating forces, discovering how pushes, pulls, and magnets affect the world around us. Our topic focus will be Rocks and Relics, where the children will learn about different types of rocks and the Earth beneath our feet. In design and technology, the children will enjoy designing and making their own mechanical toys, putting their creativity and problem-solving skills into action. We will also be preparing for our Easter service in church, giving the children opportunities to reflect, rehearse, and perform together.

This is just a glimpse of what lies ahead!

Please take a look at the documents below so you can find out more about what we will be learning.

If you have any questions at all - please do ask!
