Spring Term message from Mrs Cropper:
Welcome Back to Spring 2 Term in Year 5!
We have lots of exciting things to look forward to over the coming weeks. One highlight will be our Geography school trip to Lytham Hall . During the visit, the children will explore the beautiful grounds and collect information about what is grown there, helping to bring their geography learning to life.
Another special event this term will be our Easter Service, where Year 5 will have the opportunity to perform as a class. This is always a meaningful and memorable experience for the children and we’re really looking forward to preparing for it together.
Later in the term, we will also be taking part in Bikeability sessions, which is something many of the children are already excited about. These sessions help build confidence, independence and important road safety skills. Bikeability is 25th and 26th March.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support. We are really looking forward to a busy, enjoyable and successful spring term with our fantastic Year 5 class!
If you need anything further, I am always at the door or you can email the office.
Best wishes,
Mrs Cropper

This week Year 5 have had the Fylde Rugby Foundation to start off their Rugby lessons for the half term. Children were learning how to correctly throw and catch and had a great time. The Fylde Rugby Foundation will be with Year 5 for the rest of the half term, giving them a real expert to help them learn and improve their rugby skills.
